On 4/23/2018 at 11:33 pm, Kellie Baumann, 46, of South Plainfield was arrested and changed with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop in the parking lot of Quick Chek. Ms. Baumann was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and released to a sober party. Ptlm. Matthew Rosofsky investigated.

On 4/22/2018 at 1:36 pm, Lamont Booker, 35, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a pedestrian stop for jaywalking on North Ave. Mr. Booker was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Westfield. Mr. Booker was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later turned over to Westfield PD on their warrant. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 4/21/2018 at 11:05 am, Adrian Miranda, 27, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Miranda was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Jersey City. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 4/20/2018 at 10:09 pm, Javier Cruz, 22, of South Plainfield was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 50 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Cruz was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with a court date. On 4/20/2018 at 12:03 pm, Sasha Wilson, 30, of Jersey City was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Washington Ave. Ms. Wilson was found to have an active warrant for her arrest out of Union Twp. She was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik investigated.

On 4/18/2018 at 1:05 pm, patrol responded to the 300 blk of Orange St. for the report of Harassment. Ptlm. Jonathan DeAngelo investigated.

On 4/17/2018 at 9:32 pm, Carol Hernandez, 23, of Edison was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on Oak Parkway. She was found to have an active warrant for her arrest out of Woodbridge. Ms. Hernandez was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. On 4/17/2018 at 1:57 pm, Amin Poole, 41, of North Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Poole was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Dunellen in the amount of $750. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 4/17/2018 at 10:44 am, Michael Kromphold, 51, of Dunellen was arrested for Contempt of Court after being observed by patrol in front of Station Plaza and known to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Dunellen in the amount of $1,000. Mr. Kromphold was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 4/16/2018 at 10:43 pm, Walter Martinez, 20, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a pedestrian stop for littering. Mr. Martinez was found to have warrants out of East Brunswick and South Plainfield in the amount of $1,951. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later turned over to East Brunswick PD on their warrant. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik investigated.

On 4/16/2018 at 9:32 pm, Carol Hernandez, 23, of Edison was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on Oak Parkway. Ms. Hernandez was found to have an active warrant for her arrest out of Woodbridge. She was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. On 4/16/2018 at 6:20 am, patrol responded to the Dunellen High School for the report of Criminal Mischief. An unknown person caused damage to one of the doors. This incident remains open. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik 

On 4/15/2018 at 2:35 am, Junior Amaya-Rivas, 29, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on South Washington Ave. Mr. Amaya-Rivas was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober family member. On 4/14/2018 at 8:21 pm, Gregory Lewis, 58, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Violation of a Court Order and Contempt of Court for a South Plainfield warrant following police response to an incident on the 100 blk of Front St. Mr. Lewis was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 4/14/2018 at 1:16 pm, patrol responded to the 200 blk of Oak Parkway for the report of Criminal Mischief. The victim reported that an unknown person had sliced one of the window screens to the residence. Det. Joe Dudley investigated.

On 4/14/2018 at 7:19 am, patrol responded along with the Dunellen Rescue Squad to a residence on Orange St. for the report of an unresponsive person. Patrol observed a 35 year old female unresponsive and exhibiting signs of an Opioid Overdose. Patrol officers administered two doses of Narcan Naloxone and the victim successfully regained consciousness. She was transported to Robert Wood Somerset for further evaluation. Sgt. On 4/13/2018 at 10:11 am, patrol received a walk-in report of Theft from a resident of Prospect Ave. The victim reported the theft of currency and several electronic items with an approximate value of $1,500. This incident remains open. Ptlm. Jonathan DeAngelo investigated.

On 4/12/2018 at 10:30 am, Antony Oatis Jr., 39, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Oatis Jr. was found to have warrants for his arrest out of South Plainfield and Plainfield totaling $2,195. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later turned over to South Plainfield police on their warrants. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 4/10/2018 at 7:36 pm, Matthew Williams, 26, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following police response to an incident at the Dunellen Public Library. Mr. Williams was found to have warrants for his arrest out of Bound Brook and Union Twp totaling $835. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after receiving new court dates. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 4/9/2018 at 4:37 pm, patrol received a walk-in report of Identity Theft of a Dunellen resident. Det. Joe Dudley investigated.

On 4/8/2018 at 5:38 pm, Keenan Wilburn, 28, of Piscataway was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Wilburn was found to have warrants out of Piscataway, Edison, and Plainsboro totaling $1,606. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 4/8/2018 at 10:19 am, Camise Chambliss, 46, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Ms. Chambliss was found to have several warrants for her arrest out of South Plainfield totaling $931. She was brought to Dunellen HQ and released after posting bail. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 4/8/2018 at 12:02 am, Michael Stinner, 46, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Stinner was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober family member. On 4/7/2018 at 10:19 am, Tyjuan Pryor, 41, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a bicycle stop on North Ave. Investigation revealed that Mr. Pryor had warrants out of Dunellen and Plainfield totaling $2,461. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 4/6/2018 at 2:14 pm, Patrol responded to Quick Chek on North Ave to investigate a shoplifting incident which occurred the night prior. This incident remains open. Ptlm. James Daniel investigated.

On 4/6/2018 at 1:17 am, patrol responded at the request of NJ Transit to assist in locating the victim of a train strike several hundred feet east of the Dunellen Train Station. Ptlm. Rosofsky and Sgt. Delbuono were assisted by officers from Green Brook and members of the Dunellen Rescue Squad. The victim was located and identified as Robert Gorski, 62, of Piscataway. He was pronounced dead on scene. Investigation into this incident was turned over to the NJ Transit Police Dept.

On 4/5/2018 at 10:44 pm, Ahmed Abdelraouf, 20, of North Plainfield was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 50 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Middlesex County Sheriff's Officer Kevin Mastroserio and K-9 Bryn assisted in locating the drugs hidden within the dashboard of the vehicle. Mr. Abdelraouf was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with a court date. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 4/4/2018 at 9:04 pm, Scott Laurence, 49, of Dunellen was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Laurence was found to have an active arrest warrant out of Green Brook. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and released after posting bail. Ptlm. Matthew Rosofsky investigated.

On 4/3/2018 at 4:28 pm, Christshel Dunn, 55, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Investigation revealed that Ms. Dunn, a passenger on the stop, had several warrants for her arrest out of Dunellen totaling $1,500. Ms. Dunn was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 4/2/2018 at 10:59 am, Preston Sookbirsingh, 23, of Piscataway was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on New Market Rd. Mr. Sookbirsingh was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Old Bridge. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm.
