On 12/30/2016 at 2:34 am, patrol located a suspicious vehicle parked in the lot of Mike's Subs. The vehicle was unoccupied and investigation revealed that it had been reported stolen out of Plainfield two days prior. The vehicle was secured to be returned to it's rightful owner. Ptlm. Pepe investigated.

On 12/26/2016 at 8:35 pm, Rolan Cruzado, 43, of Manville was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Washington Ave. Investigation revealed that Mr. Cruzado had an active arrest warrant out of Union Twp. He was transported to Dunellen HQ for processing and released after posting bail. Ptlm. Goldman investigated.

On 12/21/2016 at 1:13 am Afotey Annum, 43, of Piscataway was placed under arrest for Contempt Of Court following a motor vehicle stop on Route 28. Mr. Annum was stopped after the vehicle he was driving had an expired registration. Investigation revealed Mr. Annum was unlicensed and had an arrest warrant out of Piscataway. He was transported to headquarters where he was processed and subsequently released after posting cash bail. Ptlm. Pepe investigated 

On 12/13/2016, at 4:00 pm, Omaru Barry, 22, of Plainfield was placed under arrest and transported to Dunellen HQ after initially being arrested by Plainfield PD. Mr. Barry had an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1,000 out of Dunellen as well as new charges of shoplifting from Dunellen Liquors. Mr. Barry was processed and then transported to the Middlesex County Jail. Det. O'Neill investigated.

On 12/11/2016 at 11:18 pm Devon Jordan Hoffman, 18, of Plainfield was placed under arrest for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on Route 28. Mr. Hoffman's vehicle was stopped after committing several motor vehicle infractions. He was then determined to have two arrest warrants out of South Plainfield.  He was processed and subsequently released after posting full cash bail. Ptlm. Pepe investigated

On 12/11/2016 at 2:09 am Zulma Dejesus, 42, of Plainfield was placed under arrest and charged with Theft Of Movable Property. A three month investigation revealed Ms. Dejesus removed a strangers purse with valuable contents from a local establishment and then fled the scene. She was transported to Dunellen police headquarters where she was fingerprinted, processed, and subsequently lodged in the Middlesex County Adult Corrections Center in lieu of $2,500 bail. Ptlm. Pepe investigated

On 12/10/2016 at 10:56 pm, officers responded to Station Plaza for the report of a motor vehicle theft. Investigation revealed that an employee's vehicle had been left running in the lot and had been stolen. The vehicle was later recovered by NYPD officers and returned to it's rightful owner. The case remains open. Det. O'Neill investigated.

On 12/9/2016 at 7:33 pm Richard Laub, 64, of Dunellen was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Ave. Patrol units received a complaint that the vehicle Mr. Laub was operating was driving erratically. Upon stopping his vehicle, Mr. Laub was determined to be intoxicated. He was transported to Dunellen Police Headquarters where he was processed and subsequently released to a sober party. Ptlm. On 12/8/2016 at 10:19 pm, Tamir Johnson, 22, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on the 200 blk of Walnut St. Investigation revealed that Mr. Johnson had a $1,500.00 warrant out of Dunellen, as well as warrants out of South Plainfield, North Plainfield, and Plainsboro. Mr. Johnson was transported to Dunellen HQ for processing and later transported to the Middlesex County Jail in lieu of bail. Ptlm. Goldman investigated.

On 12/8/2016 at 1:03 pm, William Lewis Jr., 45, of Middlesex was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on the 300 blk of Front St. Mr. Lewis Jr. was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Roselle. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later turned over to the Roselle police department. Ptlm. DeAngelo investigated.

On 12/6/2016 at 1:02 am Anthony Robinson, 19, of Bound Brook was placed under arrest for Possession of Less Than 50 Grams of Marijuana and Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on Route 28. Investigation determined Mr. Robinson was in possession of a quantity of marijuana and also had a no-bail arrest warrant issued by the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office. Mr. Robinson was transported to headquarters where he was processed and subsequently lodged at the Middlesex County Adult Corrections Center. Ptlm Pepe investigated

On 12/5/2016 at 7:41 pm Sherry Freeman, 41, of Plainfield was placed under arrest for Hindering Apprehension and Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Ave. Ms. Freeman was stopped after the vehicle she was operating had a malfunctioning headlight. Investigation determined Ms. Freeman provided a false name to officers in order to conceal a suspended license and four arrest warrants out of East Brunswick, Piscataway, Tinton Falls, and Midland Park totaling $2,700. She was transported to headquarters where she was processed and subsequently released with multiple pending court appearances. Ptlm. Pepe investigated 

On 12/5/2016 at 5:38 pm, Sarina Eggleston-Spann, 24, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on the 100 blk of North Ave. Investigation revealed that Ms. Eggleston-Spann had an active arrest warrant out of Union Twp. She was transported to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with a new court date. Ptlm. Goldman investigated.

On 12/5/16 at 1:39 am, Eddyn Pop Quej, 24, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle accident on Bound Brook Rd. Mr. Pop Quez was found to have an active arrest warrant out of Bound Brook and was transported to Dunellen HQ for processing before being turned over to Bound Brook police. Ptlm. Nierodzik investigated.

On 12/1/2016 at 10:47 pm, Sgt. Delbuono and Ptlm. Pepe responded to a residence on Center Street for the report of an unconscious male. Officers discovered evidence of possible drug use near the victim and initiated lifesaving procedures.  Following two doses of Narcan Naloxone, the victim regained consciousness and patient care was transferred to the Dunellen Rescue Squad.  Ptlm. Pepe investigated.

On 12/1/2016 at 3:37 am, Teresa Fenton, 42, of Dunellen was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following a motor crash on the 700 blk of Bound Brook Rd. Ms. Fenton was transported to Dunellen HQ for processing and later turned over to a sober party. Ptlm. Goldman investigated.
