On 6/30/2018 at 8:30 pm, Yulia Panella, 24, of Franklin was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property following investigation into a stolen firearm on 6/26/2018. The firearm was successfully recovered in Edison and later returned to its owner. Ms. Panella was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and transported to the hospital for a medical evaluation. Ptlm. On 6/30/2018 at 12:30 am, Rontiktaq Sadler, 26, of Highland Park was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave in which he was a passenger not wearing a seatbelt. Mr. Sadler was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Somerville. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and released after posting bail. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 6/28/2018 at 4:51 am, Joshua Forehand, 25, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a property check on South Second St. Mr. Forehand was found to have warrants for his arrest out of Mountainside, Fanwood, Toms River, Howell, and South Plainfield totaling $2,868. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and released after receiving new court dates. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik investigated.

On 6/26/2018 at 7:02 pm, patrol responded to the 800 blk of Second St. for the report of a Stolen Firearm. The victim reported that an unknown person had stolen a firearm from the residence. This case remains open. Ptlm. Matthew Rosofsky investigated.

On 6/26/2018 at 3:34 pm, patrol responded to the 300 blk of Prospect Ave for the report of several backpack blowers which had been stolen from a landscaping company working in the area. Ptlm. James Daniel investigated.

On 6/26/2018 at 12:10 pm, patrol took a walk-in report of harassment. Ptlm. Christopher Lovell investigated.

On 6/26/2018, Alexander Ward, 24, of North Plainfield was charged with Shoplifting following investigation into an incident at Quick Chek on 6/3/2018.  Ptlm. James Daniel investigated.

On 6/23/2018 at 12:32 am Michael Kromphold, 51, of Dunellen was arrested for Contempt of Court after being observed by officers and known to have warrants for his arrest out of Dunellen. Mr. Kromphold was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 6/22/2018 at 2:52 pm, patrol responded to the 300 blk of Front St. for the report of a package theft. This incident remains open. Ptlm. Jonathan DeAngelo investigated.

On 6/19/2018, Teresa Delvecchio, 54, of Cliffside Park was charged with Terroristic Threats and Harassment following a walk-in report at Dunellen HQ. Ms. Delvecchio was issued a court appearance date. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 6/16/2018 at 5:22 pm, patrol responded to the Dunellen Train Station for the report of a bicycle theft which occurred sometime during the day. The victim reported that the lock to her blue and white Schwinn bike had been forced open and the bicycle stolen. Ptlm. Christopher Lovell investigated. 

On 6/16/2018 at 12:53 am, Demond Blackwell, 38, of Piscataway was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Washington Ave. Mr. Blackwell was found to have a warrant for his arrest out of New Brunswick. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 6/15/2018 at 9:35 pm, Anthony Berardinelli IV, 30, of Piscataway was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on South Washington Ave. Investigation revealed that Mr. Berardinelli had an active warrant for his arrest out of Cranbury. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and released after posting bail. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 6/15/2018 at 2:15 pm, patrol received an Automatic License Plate Reader hit for a stolen vehicle found parked on High St. The vehicle was secured and turned over to Highland Park PD for processing. Ptlm. Christopher Lovell investigated.

On 6/13/2018 at 7:20 pm, patrol received a walk-in report of a bicycle theft which occurred during the day at the Dunellen Train Station. The victim reported that the lock to his black BMX bike had been forced open and the bicycle stolen. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 6/13/2018 at 7:04 pm, patrol received a walk-in report of a bicycle theft which occurred during the day at the Dunellen Train Station. The victim reported that the lock to his blue and black Kent Trailblazer had been forced open and the bicycle stolen. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 6/10/2018, Temara Collins, 21, of Elizabeth was charged with Hindering Apprehension and False Reports to Police following investigation into an incident on 5/25/2018. Ms. Collins was issued a court appearance date. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 6/10/2018 at 2:33 am, Vincent Galarza, 33, of Edison was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on the 400 blk of Dunellen Ave. Mr. Galarza was found to have warrants for his arrest out of Plainfield and South Bound Brook. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 6/9/2018 at 10:43 pm, James Johnson, 26, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a bicycle stop on North Ave. Mr. Johnson was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Bound Brook. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after receiving a new court date. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 6/9/2018 at 1:35 am, Devin Jones, 42, of Piscataway was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Jones was found to have warrants for his arrest out of Plainfield and North Plainfield. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later turned over to Plainfield PD on their warrant. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 6/8/2018 at 10:42 pm, John Mortarulo, 54, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Shoplifting after investigation into an incident at Quick Chek on 6/6/2018. Mr. Mortarulo was processed at Dunellen HQ and released with a court date. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 6/6/2018 at 9:27 am, Manuel Hernandez, 38, of North Plainfield was arrested for Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats, and Contempt of Court following investigation into an incident on 6/1/2018. Mr. Hernandez was processed at Dunellen HQ and posted bail on a warrant from Bloomfield before being released with a court date. Sgt. Christopher Beenders investigated.

On 6/6/2018 at 1:21 am, patrol responded to Quick Chek on North Ave for the report of Shoplifting. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. This case remains open. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 6/6/2018 at 12:25 am, Erik Ramirez, 23, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave at the Plainfield border. Mr. Ramirez was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Piscataway for $1,000. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. On 6/4/2018 at 3:13 am, Stephen Rivera, 24, of Middlesex was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 50g following a motor vehicle stop in the parking lot of Quick Chek on North Ave. With the assistance of Middlesex County Sheriff's Officer Kevin Mastroserio and K-9 Bryn, the contraband was located in his vehicle. Mr. Rivera was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with a court date. Ptlm. Matthew Rosofsky investigated.

On 6/3/2018 at 6:53 am, patrol responded to Quick Chek on North Ave for the report of Shoplifting. This case remains open. Ptlm. James Daniel investigated.

On 6/3/2018 at 9:18 am, patrol responded to McCoy Park for the report of Theft and Criminal Mischief. Investigation revealed that an unknown person had broken into the snack shack and stolen a cash register and candy. Ptlm. James Daniel investigated.

On 6/2/2018, York Drinks, 46, of Piscataway was charged with Shoplifting following investigation into an incident on 5/13/2018. Mr. Drinks was issued a court date. Ptlm. Christopher Lovell investigated.

On 6/2/2018 at 12:45 am, Michael Hans, 42, of Piscataway was arrested for Disorderly Conduct following police response to Maggie Murray's Pub on North Washington Ave for the report of a patron threatening customers with a broken bottle. Mr. Hans was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with a court date. Ptlm. Matthew Rosofsky investigated.

On 6/1/2018 at 9:21 pm, Bree Helme, 30, of Garwood was arrested and charged with Hindering Apprehension, Possession of a Schedule IV Drug (2 cts), Possession of a Prescription Legend Drug without a prescription, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance following police response to a suspicious person near North and Jackson. Additionally, Ms. Helme was found to have active warrants for her arrest out of Garwood, East Brunswick, Kenilworth, Roselle, Newark, and Piscataway totaling $5,800. Ms. Helme was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later transported to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital after receiving new court dates. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.
