On 3/30/2019 at 11:57 pm, Ryan Gallagher, 19, of Somerset was arrested and charged with Possession of Under 50g Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after officers were called to a suspicious incident on the 400 blk of First St. Three juvenile males were also charged in relation to this incident. All parties were brought to Dunellen HQ and released with court notices after processing. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 3/29/2019 at 12:25 pm, patrol received a walk-in report of Mail Fraud. The victim reported $805 in U.S. Money Orders which were placed in a mail drop box but never received by the intended recipient. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 3/29/2019, Allison Moss, 39, of Plainfield was mailed a criminal complaint charging her with Shoplifting after investigation into an incident at Family Dollar on 3/22/2019. Ms. Moss was sent a court appearance notice. Ptlm. Patrick Barry investigated.

On 3/28/2019 at 1:34 pm, patrol received a walk-in report from a Dunellen resident of a bicycle stolen earlier that day from the Dunellen Train Station. Ptlm. James Daniel investigated.

On 3/28/2019 at 10:34 am, Antonio Sosa-Gamez, 35, of North Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave near the Plainfield border. Mr. Sosa-Gamez was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Bound Brook in the amount of $8,000. He was brought to HQ for processing and released with a new court date after posting partial bail. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 3/28/2019 at 9:58 am, Lonnie Dilworth, 60, of North Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on South Washington Ave. Mr. Dilworth was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Plainfield. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after receiving a new court date. Ptlm. Matthew Rosofsky investigated.

On 3/25/2019 at 7:00 PM, patrol received a walk-in report of Fraud from a Dunellen resident. The victim reported a loss of $1,998. This case remains open. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 3/24/2019 at 10:16 am, Carlos Jacome, 48, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Jacome was found to have warrants out of Plainfield and North Plainfield totaling $1,350. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail and receiving new court dates. Ptlm. Christopher Lovell investigated.

On 3/24/2019 at 9:00 am, patrol responded to the 400 blk of Front St. for the report of a Stolen Vehicle. The victim reported that sometime overnight, an unknown person had stolen their Buick which was parked, unlocked, and with keys in the vehicle. This case remains open. Ptlm. On 3/22/2019 at 8:19 pm, patrol responded to Family Dollar on North Ave for the report of Shoplifting. The suspect fled prior to arrival. This case remains open. Ptlm. Patrick Barry investigated.

On 3/22/2019 at 6:14 pm, Nyakeh Brima, 33, of North Brunswick was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 50g, Tampering with Evidence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Weapon, and Marijuana Distribution following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Brima was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. On 3/21/2019 at 10:33 am, Todd Napravnik, 36, of Piscataway was arrested and charged with Burglary and Criminal Mischief following investigation into an incident reported on 3/16/2019. Mr. Napravnik was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. Det. Joe Dudley investigated.

On 3/18/2019 at 5:30 pm, patrol received a walk-in report of Bad Checks. The victim reported a loss of $1,950. Ptlm. Matthew Rosofsky investigated.

On 3/16/2019 at 7:40 am, patrol responded to the 300 blk of Dunellen Ave for the report of a Burglary to a residence. The victim reported that an unknown person had forced entry through the rear door sometime during the prior night. This incident has been forwarded to the Detective Bureau. Ptlm. On 3/15/2019 at 10:02 am, patrol received a walk-in report of Burglary to a Motor Vehicle from a Dunellen resident. The resident of the 200 blk of Columbia St. reported that sometime during the previous night an unknown person had accessed her unlocked vehicle and stolen a handbag, driver's license, several credit/debit cards, and approximately $140 in U.S. Currency. On 3/14/2019 at 10:31 am, patrol received a walk-in report of Theft from a Dunellen resident. The victim reported sending an unknown person $2,000 in Google gift cards. Ptlm. James Daniel investigated.

On 3/13/2019 at 1:39 am, Ashley Peace, 26, of Green Brook was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Washington Ave. for speeding. Ms. Peace was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober friend. Ptlm. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 3/12/2019 at 7:38 pm, Frank Facciponti Jr., 65, of Dunellen was charged with Theft of Movable Property after the report of the theft of $20 at Zupko's Tavern which was captured on surveillance video. The report was made several hours after the incident and a court appearance notice was mailed. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik investigated.

On 3/10/2019 at 4:04 pm, Nestor Crespo Jr., 47, of Dunellen, was arrested for Contempt of Court after being observed by patrol and known to have several warrants for his arrest. Warrants were located out of Plainfield and North Plainfield totaling $1,383. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later turned over to North Plainfield PD on their warrant. Ptlm. On 3/9/2019 at 2:15 am, Maria Dalrymple, 41, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct after police response to the report of a disturbance on the 400 blk of Prospect Ave. Ms. Dalrymple was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with a court appearance notice. Ptlm. Brian Robbins investigated.

On 3/8/2019 at 9:00 pm, Shawn Brown, 20, of Piscataway was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct after police response to the report of a Robbery by Force. Mr. Brown was located fleeing nearby and uncooperative with officers' direction to stop. He was subsequently apprehended and brought to Dunellen HQ for processing. The original incident remains under investigation. Ptlm. Patrick Barry investigated.

On 3/8/2019 at 10:59 am, Corie Baer, 24, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Theft of Movable Property following police response to Diane's O'Matic Wash on North Ave for the report of an individual attempting to use fraudulent credit cards. Patrol determined that Mr. Baer was attempting to use stolen credit card data which had been copied onto a casino membership card. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. Ptlm. Matthew Rosofsky investigated.

On 3/5/2019 at 4:42 pm, patrol received a walk-in report of Theft by Deception of a Dunellen resident. The victim reported that he had received a phone call from an individual claiming to be from PSE&G demanding $350 be paid via gift cards and that he did send the cards. Ptlm. Matthew Rosofsky investigated.

On 3/4/2019 at 1:19 pm, patrol responded to Diane's O'Matic Wash on North Ave for the report of Credit Card Fraud. Employees reported a person that has fraudulently charged approximately $80. This case remains open. Ptlm. Matthew Rosofsky investigated.

On 3/3/2019 at 11:49 pm, John Kamau, 36, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Hindering Apprehension after patrol was called for an individual using his car to "play chicken" with the snowplows. Patrol arrived to find Mr. Kamau standing in the roadway yelling and physically obstructing snowplowing. He was arrested and brought to Dunellen HQ for processing before being released with a court appearance notice. Ptlm. Keith Irons investigated.

On 3/3/2019, Gilberto Pastrana-Allende, 34, of Flanders was charged with Theft of Movable Property (3rd Deg) following investigation into an incident reported on 2/26/2019. The charges and court appearance notice were mailed. Sgt. Jeffrey DelBuono investigated.

On 3/2/2019 at 4:18 pm, patrol responded to the 300 blk of Penfield Pl for the report of a Burglary. The victim reported that an unknown person had gained access to the residence by prying open a window and causing approximately $200 in damage. Ptlm. Jonathan DeAngelo investigated.
