On 11/28/2021 at 2:11 am, Thomas Kasper, 24, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Washington Ave. Mr. Kasper was brought to Middlesex and Dunellen HQ's for processing and later released to a sober family member. On 11/27/2021 at 9:51 pm, Lisa Middleton, 58, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following police response to a motor vehicle accident on the 700 blk of Bound Brook Rd in which she struck several parked vehicles. Ms. Middleton was brought to Greenbrook, Middlesex, and Dunellen HQ's for processing and later released to a sober family member. Ptlm. Michael Lowder investigated.

On 11/27/2021 at 12:28 am, Antonio McGeary, 41, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on South Washington Ave. Mr. McGeary was brought to Greenbrook and Dunellen HQ's for processing and later released to a sober friend. Sgt. Brian Robbins investigated.

On 11/26/2021 at 3:00 pm patrol received a walk-in report of Fraud. The victim reported that she had received a message stating that her computer was compromised and further sent the scammer $1,500. She became suspicious when he further requested an additional $999. This case remains open. Ptlm. Anthony Issler investigated.

On 11/25/2021 at 1:33 am, Alexander Bonilla-Martinez, 35, of Middlesex was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on the 700 blk of Bound Brook Rd. Mr. Bonilla-Martinez was brought to Greenbrook and Dunellen HQ's for processing and later released to a sober family member. Ptlm. Keith Irons investigated.

On 11/22/2021 at 12:34 pm, police received a walk-in report of Fraud. The victim reported that a check she had mailed in the amount of $250 was attempted to be cashed by a third party after being forged to read $8,260. This case remains open. Sgt. Christopher Lovell investigated.

On 11/21/2021 at 7:18 pm, Jamal Ghanem, 30, of Middlesex was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit Breath Samples, Possession of Marijuana over 6 oz, Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute following police response to a motor vehicle accident on the 700 blk of Bound Brook Rd in which Mr. Ghanem struck a parked motor vehicle. He was transported to Greenbrook and Dunellen HQ's where he refused to provide samples of his breath. Mr. Ghanem was later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. Ptlm. Joseph Green investigated.

On 11/21/2021 at 12:18 am, Patricio Vargas-Ganan, 39, of North Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Bound Brook Rd. Mr. Vargas-Ganan was brought to Greenbrook and Dunellen HQ's and later released to a sober friend. Ptlm. Joseph Green investigated.

On 11/20/2021 at 12:33 pm, Ernest Fantini, 77, of Fanwood was arrested and charged with Unlicensed Entry of Structures after being found to have entered the home of a tenant unlawfully. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with a court appearance date. Sgt. John Doherty investigated.

On 11/19/2021 at 2:16 pm, Antwone Booker, 32, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property after patrol was called to Quick Chek for the report of Disorderly Conduct. Patrol found that the matter which resulted in being called had been resolved prior to arrival, however, Mr. Booker was found to be operating a vehicle displaying a stolen license plate. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with a court appearance date. Ptlm. Manuel Santiago investigated.

On 11/13/2021 at 1:44 am, Quinten Carter-Washington, 36, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Carter-Washington was brought to Greenbrook and Dunellen PD's for processing and later released to a sober family member. Ptlm. Anthony Issler investigated.

On 11/11/2021 at 10:14 pm, patrol responded to the 600 blk of First St. for the report of a Burglary. The victim reported that 30 minutes prior to calling, two black males wearing face masks and hoodies had forcibly entered the rear of her home but fled once confronted. Ptlm. Manuel Santiago investigated.

On 11/10/2021 at 7:32 pm, Juan Osorio-Lopez, 42, of Plainfield was arrested for Contemp of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Osorio-Lopez was found to have a warrant for his arrest out of Woodbridge in the amount of $1,000. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and released after posting bail. Ptlm. Manuel Santiago investigated.

On 11/7/2021 at 12:16 am, William Cortez, 25 of Middlesex was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on the 200 blk of Front St. He was brought to Middlesex and Dunellen HQ's for processing and later released to a sober family member. Ptlm. Manuel Santiago investigated.

On 11/6/2021, Jonathan Decarvalho, 34, of Laurence Harbor was charged with Shoplifting and Burglary following an incident on 9/21/2021 in which he entered a secure area of Quick Chek and removed approximately $550 in merchandise. Mr. Decarvalho is currently incarcerated in an unrelated incident. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 11/5/2021 at 5:24 pm, Oscar Garcia-Barrera, 23 of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on the 600 blk of South Ave. Mr. Garcia-Barrera was brought to Greenbrook, Middlesex, and Dunellen PD's for processing and later released to a sober friend. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 11/5/2021 at 12:41 am, Hector Cruz, 47, of Piscataway was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on the 200 blk of Walnut. Mr. Cruz was brought to Greenbrook and Dunellen HQ's for processing and later released to a sober friend. Ptlm. Michael Lowder investigated.

On 11/3/2021 at 3:31 pm, patrol responded to the 600 blk of First St. for the report of an attempted burglary. The victim reported the outer rear door to their home had been forcibly opened but the actor(s) were unable to proceed further. Ptlm. Joe Dudley and the Detective Bureau investigated.
