On 10/19/2021 at 6:49 pm, patrol received a walk-in report of Identity Theft. The victim reported that an unknown person had opened a credit card in their name. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 10/17/2021 at 12:22 am, Candelario Sis-Bolvito, 27, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Sis-Bolvito was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober friend. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik investigated.

On 10/14/2021 at 1:28 am, Jose Arias-Arias, 24, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave in which he was found to have a warrant for his arrest out of North Plainfield in the amount of $600. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with a new court date. Ptlm. Keith Irons investigated.

On 10/13/2021, Theresa Abramo, 51, of Green Brook was charged with Being Under the Influence of CDS and Destruction of Evidence following further investigation into an arrest on 10/9/2021. When requested to provide urine samples, Ms. Abramo was seen scooping toilet water into the urinalysis container. She was mailed a court appearance notice. Ptlm. Joseph Green investigated.

On 10/12/2021 at 5:03 pm, Alexander Blandon, 21, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Harassment, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose after patrol was notified of an altercation at the intersection of North and Washington. Mr. Blandon had allegedly been operating a skateboard in the roadway and engaged in a road rage incident with a motorist and during such, produced a knife, threatening to cause harm. Mr. Blandon was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. Anthony Issler investigated.

On 10/12/2021 at 12:20 pm, Ptlm. Keith Irons observed smoke coming from the Dunellen Fire Department on South Madison Ave. Patrol responded and observed an active fire in the apparatus bay which spread to the surrounding structure. Assistance was received from Middlesex, Green Brook, and Piscataway Fire Departments. Investigation was turned over to the Middlesex County Fire Marshal's Office, however the cause of the fire is not believed to be suspicious at this time. Sgt. Christopher Lovell investigated.

On 10/9/2021 at 11:51 pm, Theresa Abramo, 51, of Green Brook was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Washington Ave where she struck a parked vehicle while patrol was attempting to stop her. Ms. Abramo was brought to Dunellen HQ and Robert Wood Johnson New Brunswick for processing before being released to a sober family member. Ptlm. Joseph Green investigated.

On 10/9/2021 at 7:39 pm, Rahiem Morgan, 18, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Handgun following investigation into an incident on 8/19. A warrant was issued and Mr. Morgan was located by Plainfield PD. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. Det. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 10/3/2021 at 2:16 am, Jhony Santos-Ortiz, 21, of Riverhead, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after patrol received a report of a hit and run accident in which Mr. Santos-Ortiz struck a parked vehicle. A witness assisted in following Mr. Santos-Ortiz to a residence in Plainfield where he was arrested by patrol and transported to Dunellen HQ for processing. He was later released to a sober friend. On 10/2/2021 at 11:23 pm, Alberto Chaluisan, 56, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Chaluisan was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober family member. Ptlm. Anthony Issler investigated.

On 10/1/2021 at 7:52 pm, Gelber Delcid-Cruz, 36, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Filming Intimate Parts Without Consent following investigation into an incident on 9/24 when the victim discovered a camera in the bathroom of a residence recording them. Mr. Delcid-Cruz was processed and released with a court appearance notice. Det. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 10/1/2021 at 12:32 am, James Davis, 49, of North Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Davis was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later transferred to Robert Wood Johnson Somerset for an evaluation.
