On 2/28/2026 at 3:18 am, Osmailyn Encarnacion-Baez, 26, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Submit Breath Samples following a motor vehicle stop on Bound Brook Rd. Mr. Encarnacion-Baez was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing where he refused to provide breath samples. He was later released to a sober friend. Sgt. Keith Irons investigated.

On 2/28/2026 at 2:23 am, Shubham Patel, 27, of Piscataway was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Front St. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober family member. Ptlm. Gary Smith investigated.

On 2/24/2026 at 3:00 pm, Anron Wrighton, 27, of Dunellen was arrested on a no-bail warrant out of Dunellen charging him with False Government Documents, and Possession of Stolen Credit Cards following investigation into an incident on 2/14/2026. Mr. Wrighton was apprehended by NJ State Parole officers and transported to the Middlesex County Jail. Sgt. Keith Irons investigated.

On 2/21/2026 at 12:05 am, Carol Moskal, 64, of Martinsville was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Washington Ave. Ms. Moskal was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober friend. On 2/20/2026 at 6:58 pm, patrol received a walk-in report of Theft by Deception. The victim, a resident of Grove St., reported that they had given their banking information to an unknown person who then removed $8,000. Ptlm. Erik Ortiz investigated.

On 2/20/2026 at 1:02 pm, Edison Armijos-Gomez, 32, of Warren was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Washington Ave. Mr. Armijos-Gomez was found to have a warrant out of North Plainfield in the amount of $550. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.

On 2/19/2026, Bryan Medina-Caiza, 26, of Plainfield was charged with Shoplifting following an investigation into an incident on 12/15/2026 where Mr. Medina-Caiza worked with two unidentified persons to steal several bottles of liquor from Dunellen Liquors on North Ave. Mr. Medina-Caiza was mailed a court appearance notice. On 2/19/2026 at 8:49 amm, Alan Steele Jr., 28, of Dunellen was arrested for Contempt of Court following warrant service at a residence on Penfield Pl. Mr. Steele Jr. had a $1,000 warrant out of Dunellen. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and released after posting bail. Ptlm. Andrew Mortensen investigated.

On 2/19/2026 at 1:18 am, Jairo Ramirez-Romo, 36, of North Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Submit Breath Samples following a motor vehicle stop on Madison Ave. Mr. Ramirez-Romo was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing where he refused to provide breath samples. On 2/16/2026 at 11:00 pm, Gordon Moffett, 31, of Piscataway was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Eluding (2nd Degree). The arrest followed a motor vehicle stop after patrol observed Mr. Moffett strike a parked vehicle and flee the scene, further attempting to evade officers at a high rate of speed. Mr. Moffett was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik investigated.

On 2/16/2026 at 3:57 pm, Ivanys Bello, 22, of Carteret was arrested on a no-bail warrant stemming from an incident on 2/4/2026. Ms. Bello was transported to the Middlesex County Jail on the warrant. Ptlm. Saul Vargas investigated.

On 2/16/2026 at 2:03 pm, William Altamirano-Sevilla, 40, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Theft after patrol responded to a report of a stolen cell phone at Diane's O'Matic Wash on North Ave. The incident was captured on video and Mr. Altamirano-Sevilla was arrested and brought to Dunellen HQ for processing. The phone was recovered following the arrest. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.

On 2/25/2026 at 10:17 am, patrol received a walk-in report of Attempted Burglary. The victim, a resident of Depot Way, reported that security footage captured an unknown suspect pulling on car door handles at 3:17 am on 2/14/2026. Currently, nothing appears to have been taken. On 2/14/2026 at 11:37 pm, Anron Wrighton, 27, of Dunellen was charged with Possession of False Government Documents and Possession of Stolen Credit Cards following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle on the 300 blk of North Ave. A no-bail arrest warrant was issued for Mr. Wrighton. On 2/14/2026 at 4:18 pm, Jonen Kolker, 35, of Atlantic City was arrested for Contempt of Court after patrol observed him and knew he had an outstanding warrant from Dunellen for $1,000. On 2/14/2026 at 2:08 am, Bayram Hocur, 39, of New Brunswick was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on South Washington Ave. Mr. Hocur was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober friend. Sgt. Keith Irons investigated.

On 2/12/2026, Jenny Mejia-Claros, 38, of Piscataway, and Flor Lizano-Monteagudo, 30, of Piscataway were both charged with Obstructing Administration of Law following further investigation into a motor vehicle stop on 2/11/2026. On 2/11/2026 at 11:09 pm, Flor Lizano-Monteagudo, 30, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on New Market Rd. On 2/10/2026 at 11:18 pm, Daren Ford, 61, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after patrol responded to the report of an overturned motor vehicle on Jackson Ave. Mr. Ford was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober family member.
