On 8/31/2025 at 1:40 am, Jean Destin, 36, of Quebec, Canada, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Destin was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober family member. Ptlm. Michael Lowder investigated.

On 8/29/2025 at 2:39 pm, patrol responded to Diane's O'Matic Wash on North Ave for the reported dispute over a washing machine. The involved parties were separated and explained the process for signing complaints. Ptlm. Andrew Mortensen investigated.

On 8/28/2025 at 11:23 am, patrol responded to the 100 blk of North Ave for the reported Criminal Mischief. The victim reported that one of the tires on their parked motor vehicle had been punctured. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.

On 8/28/2025 at 12:31 am, Tylik Askew, 37, of Elizabeth was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit Breath Samples, Certain Persons Not to Possess Weapons, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (Firearm), Distributing CDS (Crack Cocaine), and Possession of CDS (Crack Cocaine) Mr. Askew was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. Rashmeen Casey, 42, of Plainfield, a passenger in the vehicle was additionally arrested and charged with Obstruction of Justice and Disorderly Conduct. She was also found to have a warrant for her arrest out of Middlesex Borough in the amount of $2,500. Ms. Casey was issued a court appearance notice and transported to the hospital for an evaluation. On 8/27/2025 at 12:43 am, Brianna Singleton, 24, of Newark was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Ms. Singleton was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober friend. Ptlm. Keith Irons investigated.

On 8/25/2025 at 8:10 pm, Frank Stephens, 46, of Lyons was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing the Administration of Law after patrol was called to an altercation on the 300 blk of North Ave. Mr. Stephens was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. On 8/24/2025 at 9:55 am, patrol responded to the 600 blk of Bound Brook Rd. for the reported Criminal Mischief. The victim reported that all (4) tires to their parked motor vehicle had been slashed. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.

On 8/24/2025 at 12:27 am, Jose Medrano, 53, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Medrano was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober friend. Ptlm. Erik Ortiz investigated.

On 8/23/2025 at 6:10 pm, Trivone Alston, 35, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Criminal Restraint, Terroristic Threats, Aggravated Sexual Assault, and Aggravated Assault following an investigation. Mr. Alston was taken into custody without incident and after processing at Dunellen HQ, remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. DSgt. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 8/21/2025 at 12:27 pm, patrol responded to the 200 blk of Prospect Ave for the reported Harassment. The victim wished to report several harassing text messages received from an acquaintance. Ptlm. Andrew Mortensen investigated.

On 8/21/2025 at 12:54 am, Jorge Jumbo-Jumbo, 38, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after patrol was called to the report of a male sleeping behind the wheel with visible open alcohol containers on the 300 blk of Third St. Mr. Jumbo-Jumbo was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober friend. On 8/19/2025 at 1:20 pm, patrol responded to Zupko's Tavern on North Ave for the reported Theft of Services. Management reported that on 8/18/2025 an unknown white male had entered the establishment and consumed $107 worth of food and drink before leaving without paying. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.

On 8/17/2025 at 2:17 am, Pedro Herrera-Leon, 30, of North Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Herrera-Leon was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober family member. On 8/13/2025 at 5:45 pm, Gbril Lewis, 26, of Irvington was arrested and charged with Defiant Trespass, Terroristic Threats, Prescription Legend Drug without a Prescription, and Obstructing the Administration of Law after patrol was called to Family Dollar on North Ave for the report of a trespassed individual threatening staff. Mr. Lewis was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.

On 8/13/2025 at 2:37 pm, Gbril Lewis, 26, of Irvington was arrested and charged with Defiant Trespass and Contempt of Court after patrol was called to the report of a previously trespassed individual at Family Dollar. Mr. Lewis was found to have been previously trespassed and additionally had a warrant for his arrest in the amount of $1,000 out of South Plainfield. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with new court appearance notices. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.

On 8/7/2025 at 12:20 pm, Bruce Doll, 22, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Falsifying a Firearms Application following investigation by the Detective Bureau. Mr. Doll was processed at Dunellen HQ and later released with a court appearance notice. DSgt. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 8/6/2025, Josselyne Ramirez, 31, of Paterson was charged with Fraudulent Checks following investigation into an incident reported on 7/28/2025. Ms. Ramirez was mailed a court appearance notice. Ptlm. Andrew Mortensen investigated.

On 8/4/2025 at 12:57 am, Pablo Alvarez-Picon, 20, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Alvarez-Picon was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober friend. Ptlm. Keith Irons investigated.

On 8/1/2025 at 7:48 am, patrol responded to the 700 blk of Bound Brook Rd. for the reported Theft by Deception. The victim reported that someone had changed their banking information and removed over $3,500 in fraudulent Paypal and CashApp transactions.
