On 9/26/2025 at 10:18 pm, Elmer Oliva-Ramierz, 18, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats, Stalking, Cyber Harassment, Obscenity, and Harassment after sending an acquaintance hundreds of threatening messages and nude photographs. On 9/25/2025 at 4:36 am, Paul Mason, 38, of Raritan was arrested and charged with Defiant Trespass after patrol was called to Quick Chek for the reported panhandler. Mr. Mason had previously been banned from returning to the establishment. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after receiving a court appearance notice. Ptlm. On 9/24/2025 at 7:19 pm, patrol responded to the 300 blk of First St. for the reported Structure Fire. Upon arrival, an observant neighbor had already extinguished the fire which was located on the back patio of the home. Firefighters from Dunellen and Green Brook responded, along with Middlesex County Hazmat and the Middlesex County Fire Marshal's Office. This fire is not believed to be suspicious. DSgt. On 9/21/2025 at 4:13 pm, Jose Paddilla-Carrillo, 42, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Hindering Apprehension following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Paddilla-Carrillo provided officers with fictitious information to avoid motor vehicle summonses and conceal a warrant for his arrest out of Plainfield in the amount of $500. On 9/16/2025 at 5:55 pm, patrol received a walk-in report of Credit Card Fraud. The victim reported several unauthorized credit card transactions. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.
On 9/16/2025 at 3:48 pm, patrol responded to the Dunellen Public Library for the reported Criminal Mischief. Staff reported that several books were found to have been damaged by an unknown substance. Ptlm. Jeffrey Jones investigated.
On 9/16/2025 at 3:01 am, Micahel Webb, 65, of Dunellen was arrested for Contempt of Court following police response to an address on the 100 blk of North Ave. Mr. Webb was found to have warrants out of Bound Brook and North Plainfield totaling $1,750 as well as a no-bail warrant out of the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office. Mr. Webb was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later turned over to the Middlesex County Sheriff's Office on the Prosecutor's Office warrant. Ptlm. Erik Ortiz investigated.
On 9/15/2025 at 9:58 pm, Dazjaneir Paisley, 27, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Cruelty to Animals following police response to an address on the 100 blk of South Washington Ave. Additionally, she was found to have a warrant for her arrest out of South Plainfield in the amount of $1,000. On 9/13/2025 at 2:56 am, Andy Siguenza-Escobar, 26, of Dunellen was arrested for Contempt of Court following an interaction on the 600 blk of Bound Brook Rd. Mr. Siguenza-Escobar was found to have a warrant for his arrest out of New Brunswick in the amount of $1,500.
