On 3/29/2025 at 10:37 pm, Henry Martinez-Rodriguez, 49, of Bound Brook was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on the 400 blk of North Ave. Mr. Martinez-Rodriguez was found to have a No-Bail warrant for his arrest out of Bound Brook. On 3/29/2025 at 12:44 am, Luis Chusete-Cuchipartes, 40, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on West Front St into Plainfield. On 3/28/2025 at 12:32 am, Daniel Safonov, 32, of Englishtown was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a vehicle check at the Sun Power Gas Station on North Ave. Mr. Safonov was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober family member. On 3/27/2025 at 8:02 pm, Jie Xia, 23, of Dunellen was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on the 200 blk of Park Ln. Mr. Xia was found to have a warrant for his arrest out of Piscataway in the amount of $550. Mr. Xia was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and released after posting bail. Ptlm. On 3/27/2025 at 3:38 am, Curtis Smith, 32, of North Brunswick was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Dunellen Ave and Jackson Ave. Mr. Smith was found to have a No-Bail warrant for his arrest out of Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office. He was transported to Dunellen HQ for processing and transported to the Middlesex County Jail on the Sheriff's Office warrant. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.
On 3/25/2025 at 10:37 pm, patrol received a walk-in report of Fraud. The victim reported that they had received calls from an unknown individual(s) pretending to be the police. They advised them that they had to send them money otherwise they would be arrested. The victim said that they ended up sending them three payments totaling $2,700. Ptlm. Keith Irons investigated.

On 3/22/2025 at 9:32 am, patrol responded to the Dunellen Public Works yard for the reported Criminal Mischief. DPW staff reported a vehicle with windows which had been smashed by a rock. Ptlm. Brian O'Neill investigated.
On 3/22/2025 at 1:43 am, Jeffrey Cooper, 37, of Georgia was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Resisting Arrest following a motor vehicle stop on the 100 blk of North Ave. Mr. Cooper was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later turned over to the Dunellen Rescue Squad to be transported for a medical evaluation. On 3/20/2025 at 11:40 pm, patrol responded to the 500 blk of North Washington Ave for the reported small electrical fire on the outside of a residence. Patrol used an extinguisher to put out the fire and the scene was turned over to the Dunellen Fire Department. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik investigated.
On 3/17/2025 at 2:41 pm, patrol responded to the 600 blk of Front St for the report of Illegal Dumping. The victim reported that an unknown person had defecated on their front lawn. The victim mentioned that this has happened 3-4 times over the past year. Ptlm. Jeffrey Jones investigated.

On 3/8/2025 at 1:34 am, Theadore Robinson III, 68, of North Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Submit Breath Samples following a motor vehicle stop on Bound Brook Rd. Mr. Robinson was brought to Green Brook and Dunellen HQ's for processing where he refused to provide breath samples. Mr. Robinson was later released to a sober friend. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.
On 3/6/2025 at 3:04 am, Richard Masis-Munoz, 39, of Middlesex was arrested for Contempt of Court after being observed by patrol operating a bicycle with known warrants. Mr. Masis Munoz had a $2,500 as well as no-bail warrant out of Middlesex, and a $750 warrant out of Green Brook. On 3/5/2025 at 3:08 am, Leidy Grajales-Montes, 37, of North Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Grove St. Ms. Grajales-Montes was brought to Green Brook and Dunellen HQ's for processing and later released to a sober friend. On 3/3/2025, Aaron Lynch, 36, of North Plainfield was charged with Simple Assault after patrol responded to a reported altercation on the 200 blk of Oak Parkway. Mr. Lynch was identified by persons involved as well as several belongings left behind at the scene before fleeing. Mr. Lynch was mailed a court appearance notice. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.
On 3/3/2025 at 1:13 pm, Nathaniel Jordan, 51, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct after police responded to the report of an individual throwing large rocks at passers-by near the intersection of North and Jackson. Mr. Jordan continued to behave in a disorderly manner and was placed under arrest. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with a court appearance notice. DSgt. On 3/2/2025 at 7:03 pm, Karim Kendall, 50, of Piscataway was arrested and charged with Shoplifting (2 cts) after patrol responded to Lucky 7 Days Convenience on North Ave. Mr. Kendall was identified as having stolen (6) retail boxes of Orbit gum on 2/23/2025 and another (4) boxes on 3/2/2025 totaling $312.41. On 3/1/2025 at 6:16 pm, James Cummings, 80, of Piscataway was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct after patrol responded to the Dunellen Hotel on North Washington Ave for the report of a disorderly patron who refused to leave. After patrol's arrival, Mr. Cummings continued orders to leave and was placed under arrest. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with a court appearance notice. Ptlm. On 3/1/2025 at 12:13 am, Edison Toalombo-Eugenio, 34, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following police response to the report of a Motor Vehicle Crash with injury at the intersection of New Market and Walnut. Mr. Toalombo-Eugenio fled the crash scene on foot and was quickly apprehended by patrol hiding behind a parked vehicle on Whittier Ave. Mr. Toalombo-Eugenio was brought to Piscataway and Dunellen HQ's for processing and later released to a sober friend.
