On 5/31/2025 at 11:25 pm, Carmen Mayorga-Clavijo, 53, of Middlesex was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after patrol responded to the report of a vehicle which had struck a parking meter and a building. Ms. Mayorga-Clavijo was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober friend. Ptlm. Erik Ortiz investigated.

On 5/27/2025 at 6:30 pm, Gelber Delcid-Cruz, 36, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Aggravated Sex Assault w/ Victim Under 13, Sex Assault w/ Victim Under 13, Sex Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Manufacturing Child Pornography following an investigation. Mr. Delcid-Cruz was remanded to the Middlesex County Jail. DSgt. Nicholas Goldman investigated.

On 5/26/2025 at 5:39 pm, Tymeer Hawkins, 18, of Newark was arrested and charged with Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Criminal Restraint, Simple Assault, Theft, Harassment, Defiant Trespass, and Disorderly Conduct following investigation into an incident at "8 on The Break" on 4/8/2025. Mr. Hawkins was remanded to the Middlesex County Jail on the charges. Det. Anthony Issler investigated.

On 5/26/2025 at 3:43 pm, patrol received a walk-in report of Fraud. The victim reported sending $1,500 to an unknown person. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.

On 5/26/2025 at 8:02 am, patrol responded to the 200 blk of North Ave for the Theft of a motor vehicle. The victim reported leaving the vehicle unlocked and running while inside a store. The stolen vehicle was recovered on 5/30/2025 by the New Jersey State Police. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.

On 5/25/2025 at 12:08 am, Raymond Pacilli, 39 of Middlesex was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Bound Brook Rd. Mr. Pacilli was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober family member. Ptlm. Keith Irons investigated.

On 5/24/2025 at 1:54 am, Marco Chicaiza-Chimborazo, 40, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop. Mr. Chicaiza-Chimborazo was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober family member. Ptlm. Keith Irons investigated.

On 5/22/2025 at 4:57 pm, patrol responded to the 200 blk of Orange St. for the reported Bicycle Theft. The victim reported that someone had stolen their unsecured bicycle sometime earlier that day. Ptlm. Michael Lowder investigated.

On 5/22/2025 at 2:16 am, Cenen Valentin-Rivera, 29, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Submit Breath Samples after patrol conducted a vehicle check in the lot of Zupko's. Mr. Valentin-Rivera was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing where he refused to provide breath samples. Ptlm. Erik Ortiz investigated.

On 5/21/2025 at 8:46 pm, Clara Escobar-Ramos, 40, of Middlesex was arrested for Contempt of Court after patrol served an arrest warrant out of Dunellen in the amount of $1,000. Ms. Escobar-Ramos was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. Erik Ortiz investigated.

On 5/21/2025 at 4:05 am, patrol responded to iFix on North Ave for the reported Burglary. Two individuals, operating a stolen vehicle, had smashed the front door and stolen approximately $8,000 worth of electronics before fleeing. This case was forwarded to the Detective Bureau. Ptlm. On 5/20/2025 at 8:28 pm, Elmer Veliz-Vasquez, 29, of Piscataway was arrested for Contempt of Court after patrol served an arrest warrant out of Dunellen in the amount of $1,000. Mr. Veliz-Vasquez was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released after posting bail. Ptlm. Andrew Mortensen investigated.

On 5/19/2025 at 2:22 am, Tyquesha Jackson, 29, of Toms River was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Submit Breath Samples following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Ms. Jackson was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing where she refused to provide breath samples. On 5/18/2025 at 2:01 am, Nilson Payares, 41, of Middlesex was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after patrol observed him asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle in the parking lot of Quick Chek. Mr. Payares was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober family member. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik investigated.

On 5/17/2025 at 9:42 pm, patrol responded to the 400 blk of North Ave for the reported Criminal Mischief. The victim reported damage to their parked vehicle. Ptlm. Erik Ortiz investigated.

On 5/15/2025 at 3:10 pm, patrol received a walk-in report of Harassment. The victim wished to document several harassing and threatening text messages received from an acquaintance. Ptlm. Saul Vargas investigated.

On 5/15/2025 at 1:43 am, Jason Gibney, 54, of Dunellen was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on Lincoln Ave. Mr. Gibney was found to have warrants for his arrest out of Piscataway and Green Brook totaling $2,250. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and released after posting bail. Ptlm. Andrew Mortensen investigated.

On 5/14/2025 at 2:13 am, Alexander Goncalves, 25, of New York was arrested for Contempt of Court after being found to have a warrant for his arrest out of Newark in the amount of $1,000. Mr. Goncalves was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released with a new court date. Ptlm. Erik Ortiz investigated.

On 5/11/2025 at 9:49 am, Kevin Rickert, 39, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after patrol responded to a Motor Vehicle Crash into a parked vehicle on the 100 blk of South Washington Ave. Mr. Rickert was brought to Dunellen HQ and Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick for processing. He was later released to the hospital staff for further evaluation. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 5/10/2025 at 10:03 pm, patrol responded to the parking lot of Il Forno on North Ave for the reported Stolen Motor Vehicle. The victim reported that he had left his vehicle unlocked and running while inside the store and that an unknown person had taken it. The vehicle was last confirmed to be in Newark but has not yet been recovered. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik investigated.

On 5/10/2025 at 10:47 am, patrol received a walk-in report of a scam. The victim wished to report that he had sent money orders totaling $4,900 to an unknown person in the Dominican Republic. Ptlm. Kevin Condus investigated.

On 5/10/2025 at 12:07 am, Dariel Poitevin, 20, of Dunellen was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Poitevin was found to have a warrant for his arrest out of Bordentown in the amount of $750. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and released after posting bail. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik investigated.

On 5/9/2025, Anthony Gaddy, 30, of Plainfield was charged with Driving While Intoxicated following the receipt of Blood Draw results following investigation into a motor vehicle crash on North Ave on 4/15/2025. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik investigated.

On 5/7/2025 at 2:50 pm, Eric Kunst, 60, of Highland Park was charged with Resisting by Flight after patrol was called to the area in front of North Tavern for the report of a person with an active arrest warrant. After observing Mr. Kunst (known to officers) and confirming the warrant, patrol approached and Mr. Kunst promptly fled on an e-bike. A no-bail arrest warrant was issued and Mr. Kunst remains at large. Ptlm. Paul Condit investigated.

On 5/6/2025 at 12:15 am, Mynor Chavez-Quich, 43, of South Bound Brook was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on South Ave. Mr. Chavez-Quich was found to have a warrant for his arrest out of the Somerset County Sheriff's Office in the amount of $2,715. He was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later turned over to the Somerset County Sheriff's Office on their warrant. Ptlm. Erik Ortiz investigated.

On 5/5/2025 at 8:01 am, Daniella Bottoms, 31, of Rahway was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on Fairview Ave. Ms. Bottoms was found to have a warrant for her arrest out of Piscataway in the amount of $650. She was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and released after posting bail. Ptlm. Marcin Nierodzik investigated.

On 5/4/2025 at 12:39 am, Alexis Delgado, 22, of Elizabeth was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Ave. Mr. Delgado was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober family member. Ptlm. Michael Lowder investigated.

On 5/3/2025 at 1:32 am, Ivan Hua, 34, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on the 100 blk of South Washington Ave. Mr. Hua was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later released to a sober friend. On 5/2/2025 at 7:52 pm, Ronald Tuck Jr., 27, of Plainfield was arrested for Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop on Dunellen Ave. Mr. Tuck Jr. was found mto have warrants out of Clark and the Middlesex County Sheriff's Office totaling $2,500. Mr. Tuck Jr. was brought to Dunellen HQ for processing and later remanded to the Middlesex County Jail on the Sheriff's Office warrant. Ptlm. Jeffrey Jones investigated.
